Our Mat classes are perfect if you’ve never done Pilates before, or are new to the classical method. We’ll work through the classical mat repertoire using modifications and adjustments to make the exercises more accessible or more challenging. You’ll learn how to move with correct alignment, stabilise the pelvis and connect to the deep abdominal muscles. By the end of the class, you’ll leave feeling stronger and more agile, with an all-over sense of ease.
